If you're planning a time-critical journey, you should know exactly how we work. Here are answers to the most common questions.

How early should I book a Wayszo ride?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours before your trip, especially for early mornings. Same-day bookings are handled on a best-effort basis depending on driver availability.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Share your flight details during booking and we will plan your pickup and monitoring around that. If there are major changes, We'll adjust with you where possible and keep communication open.

Can I book a ride for a family member or friend?

Yes. Many Wayszo trips are booked by one person for someone else (parents, children, guests). Just provide their name, contact and any special instructions when booking.

Do you charge extra for early morning pickups?

Early morning airport slots are high-demand and require drivers to start earlier, so fares may reflect that. However, the price you see is fixed and agreed before the journey - no surge and no surprises.

How do I pay for my trip?

You pay after the trip is completed, by the method agreed during booking (for example, cash or transfer). There's no requirement to pre-pay just to reserve a car.

Is there a Wayszo app?

Yes, you can reserve your taxi online from Smartphone web app. We are working to launch this app over Playstore(Android) and Appstore(Apple).
